How to connect to your server (Windows)

You'll be connected by the time your coffee stops brewing.

1. Search Remote Desktop Connection on your PC.

2. In the Computer section put your IP. If you have put a port make sure you enter it in the format IP:PORT. Click here to learn how to generate a port.

3. You will need to enter your username and password. Your username is always Administrator and your password is the password given to you in your email.

4. If you have any issues with connecting to your server please open a ticket by clicking here. (You will find all your server details in your email - the subject title " New Server Information ".
