You can cancel your server via your dashboard for the following month. Click here to access your services, click the service you would like to cancel, and on the left-hand side, you can press cancel. However, please contact us first to see if we can fix your situation before you do press cancel. Unfortunately, we do not generally offer refunds as a server is a digital purchase. Depending on the situation we may offer you store credit.
